Eloisa James

The speakers at this year's RWA National Conference have all kept the audiences enthralled and hanging on their everyword; and Eloisa James did that just a short while ago.  I say add her speech to your must-listen-to recordings from the conference.  You won't be disappointed.

Unfortunately, the librarian panel that our own Susan Gibberman was on, was not taped.  Jennifer Greene came in during the second hour (it was a two-hour panel) and took lots of notes, telling me she was sad she missed the first part.  Of course, that's one of the challenges of conferences is that there are so many workshops you want to attend that are happening at the same time.

The librarian panel was incredible and just think - Susan Gibberman and friends will be presenting a similar panel for our chapter in September.  This is a must-attend panel not just for published authors but for all would-be authors as well.  Even readers would benefit from this panel.

So, put it on your calendar - Wed, September 9th at the Naperville Chamber of Commerce Conference Room.

See you there and happy writing until then.
