Join Windy City RWA

In order to join Windy City please complete the membership application:

Pay annual dues of $20, either of two ways:

1. Pay by check, payable to "Windy City RWA"
    
2. Pay dues via Pay-Pal.  If paying by PayPal, write your PayPal transaction number on the application form.

And submit you application one of three ways:

1. Bring the completed application, with your $20 dues, to one of our meetings
    
2. Mail it to:

   Lisle, IL 60532
    
3. Email completed application form (with PayPal transation number) to: Membership Chair
