Our meeting for the month of February will focus on:

A look at the real dynamics of critiquing and why Do No Harm should be the first, second, and last rule anytime someone hands you a manuscirpt.

All writers know the importance of constructive feedback on our Works-in-Progress (WIP) but how do we give feedback in such a way as to be contstructive not destructive?  After all, writers have egos too! (Read more)

Spotlight on Dialogue is more than just a workshop. Presented by our very own, multi-published Cathie Linz, it is a look inside the mind of someone who knows how to get her characters to talk.  Just in case, Cathie has her secret stash of smarties to help us connect to our characters and hear what they want us to write when they talk to each other.  As writers it really is okay to hear voices!  It's just your characters talking.
